Recently I had a bitter experience with one of the Movers & packers ( Sai Chaterjee Group Relocation ) . I posted that experience where ever possible & also approached Sulekha.com as they have listed the Service in their Web Site, All this service has a lot of reviews , all of them positive ( very good, very nice ).
They refused to post my review ( though ist's a genuine one ) stating, they don't post negative review. I believe they need to understand the meaning of "REVIEW". Below is the Transcript. So please be ware before just going by review & Sulekha.com. ( All of them is posted by the owners itself ).

First of all thanks for responding. Which part of my email stated that I need your interference to resolve my issue, if you do it as part of your business well & good, else I never asked that I need your help to resolve my issue.
All I’m asking is, if you have allowed all the below listed reviews to be posted in your website you should give me also the same opportunity as I strongly believe that all these reviews are bogus. You do have an option in your website to post reviews, so allow the consumers the post it, if they are genuine ( without any offensive language ). Why have you allowed only positive reviews to be posted, else take off that option from your website .
I never held you responsible for the transaction that took place between me & the Vendor.
So request you to please post my review & complaint as a genuine website & Service provider. This will only help boost your business as people will believe that Sulekha.com is a genuine website & references listed in that website can be banked upon.

So you are making me believe that you are funded by the companies you advertise, so you are not going to post my reviews & complaint. If that is the case I would be posting the feedback about this in all the other websites. I would state not to go with the feedback of Sulekha.com as it’s not genuine & I would furnish all the details ( the emails that I’ve sent you ).
