Hi friend, I have been used the service of sulekha .com before 1 year. I felt worst experience with it. I had to go on tour with my family. so my friend bholendra advised me to take help of sulekha.com. for this purpose I downloaded and installed sulekha apps. when I opend app it took more time to open. yet I booked a hotel through sulekha.com. I paid total amount of rs 3200. booking was confirmed. but next day I got message from sulekha.com. it demanded 750 Rs as a registration charge. I was surplussed to see the message. I called to customer care and asked for message. he did not replied and cut the phone. I emailed to customer care of sulekha and asked for canceling my hotel booking. I was disappointed . after one hour cancellation message came in my phone. after 10 days I got my money into bank account. but 5% money was deducted as service charge.
