The customer service is poor as of the main reasons to hate it.
As most of scholarships and debits are in my account of this bank.
I don't get notified at all even after 7 days of credited days.
I am tired of calling the people and asking about it.
Always they tell is your number is already registered you must receive it.
Or change the sim and stuffs.
I hate this service and as of scholarships I cant even change the account.
As of the removal of cash I don't get notified either.
Satisfaction rate of mine is in minus.
