State Bank of India MasterCard Credit Card

Hi,

I am writing this complaint now after so much of suffering from SBI collection goons. Everyday I have been receiving calls for the disputed amount and no body is ready to resolve my long time due complain.

I have been threatened on calls and the language used is extremely offensive and derogatory.

I hold a credit card with SBI for a very long time and has cherished the association. I have been making timely payments everytime without any failure till now.

However, in the month of Dec18, there was a fraudulent transaction of 12000(10000+ 2000) happened on my credit card. I reported this transaction on the very same day and informed them that the card was in possession throughout but I received 3 payment deduction messages(somewhere in Mahipalpur). Advisor suggested me to block the card and asked to report the same after 48 Hrs. I did the same and raised a compliant SR 143646305900 and also shared my dispute form.

I didn't get any communication/resolution despite of my several calls to customer service.

Now in the month of Feb, due to no response from the team I stopped paying for my Credit Card pending amount as I was charged for the disputed amount regularly.

I had requested collection agents repeatedly to check and help me get a closer for my compliant.

I received a call in the month of Mar'19 saying that temporary credit has been credited in my account against the dispute.I was ready to pay the amount but soon I received another email saying that the temporary amount has been reversed. The RCA mentioned in the mail was not in concurrence to the nature of my complaint. I reverted on the email however still no response from your teams.

Now, I have been receiving threatening calls from your collection agencies and no body is able to understand the problem.

This is really unfortunate as you have created a mess here and exploited your customer.

I want to get this account closed forever and get over it, can someone help me now?

I have a State bank simply save credit card,

and my limit is 25000rs.

i would like to POINT OUT THIS THING that those bank executives use to call me daily and use to make promises that sir please use our credit card its the best, and just because of the name "state bank"I decided to go for simply save credit card, and it was the most pathetic decision I took,

first of all the customer service is worst,

they do not pick up the call.

and yes they do not tell you that your due date is coming

and suddenly they charge you 700 rs for late,

i had the worst experience as I was a day late to pay the bill, a guy from the department called and ABUSED ME its so cheap,

and they even did'nt sorted out the issue and did'nt gave me any explaination of rs 1400 they cut without notifying me. and because of this my CIBIL score is now low.

i hate this credit card service.

Just after visa cards my 2nd choice is master debit and credit card because of their easy use and safety. They had worldwide acceptance and can be easily use to withdraw cash from atm and online shopping. This cards can be used by swiping directly at outlets and petrol pumps for filling fuels. Further can be used for booking hotels and tickets, can also be used for card to card transfer of money. I have a good experience with them.

I am using the Mastercard credit card of State Bank of India from last 4 years but not satisfied at all.

The services charges are very high.

As well the money deduction after one year for ATM services is more than rupees 100 which is too high.

This bank charge rupees 15 for message services quaterly which is too high.

The limit for transaction of money is 5 times a month which is also too less and if limit is crossed than they again charge and deduct money automatically which is pathetic at their part.

We are deposting our money in bank to get interest and to keep it safe but they have applied so many services and then taking charge for each and every service which leads to decrease in the amount of money deposited in bank rather than increasing.

State Bank of India is costly Bank and not satisfactory.

As well their custmore care services are also worst.

Hello friends, I am Shivam and today I going to share my personal review experience with SBI credit card. I using SBI credit card form last six months, I notice that it's service is really bad. Beause master card transaction charged very high and the services of customer care is really bad not support you are not get any answer related to your queries. And I am not happy with State Bank of India MasterCard. And I am using online MasterCard charging very high.

I am SBI credit card use from last 6 months, I notice that its service is really bad.Because MasterCard transaction charge very high and the service of customer care is also bad not support you and not get only answer relating to your quiery. Rates and charges : the sbi bank is not giving a charges for the transaction's i'll widrow most time time but sbi not charges me any transaction.

Hi all, I would like to share a bad experience which had with these people 2years back.

I had an SB credit card I had a slab of 30000Rs which I had to spend minimum in the year. else 500Rs penalty fee is applicable. I was not happy with this and requested to cancel the card. they agreed. later they introduced a fee of 500Rs and asked me to pay it. I wasn't happy I called them again and told that I had already closed the account. now they said they will look into it. again I spoke to them again they added surcharge. this led to the damage of my credit score. I was totally upset of SB card.

Guys, never ever apply for SB credit card. it's easy to apply but it's very difficult to close it and spoil the credit score.

I am using State Bank of India Master Card Credit Card for long 3 years. I am charging 650 INR each years. This card doesn't offers cash back to the groceries stores or petrol fuel purchase, if the card provide cash back offers in groceries stores or petrol purchase it would be useful for me but it does offers for movie tickets 1000 INR cash back in each year. The rate of interest in EMI's this card is charging 16.3 percent which they are charging high comparing to others. The customer care are also less experienced as they doesn't solve any issues instantly, they delays a long time in solving in any issues and the customer care doesn't notifies me any existing offers which are available in my credit card. I had bad experienced with this card. So I recommends everyone to select other cards rather than this.

When I open my saving account with sbi then I want yo master card to carrying my money because my salary is dollar$ payment that is why I want using it and when I using the card automatically block then I complaint this condition to bank employee then they says that( some time technical error found sorry sir) this is useless answer.

In 2016 I open up my account and in 2016 April month my issue master card bank says it is best card but reality is not.

So my 1 year experience with my personal opinion that don't use it l lost my 4 month salary during blocking card case.

I was using masero debit card since 2011 when I was opened my account in state bank of india. After that I got mastero debit card. Genreally I was using debit card for online transctions such as recharge, pay bills, online shopping.

The sbi atm or pos machine are available at every location for money withdraws. I got also rewards points from sbi when I m using debit card online transctions.

I got SBI Platinum Card last month and I have purchased a mobile phone. Service with SBI Credit Card is really good Rate of interest is nominal with this card. I am also getting better discounts on online purchases, in addition to this, fuel surcharge is applicable on this card, the time was about 45 days to pay my credit card bill. I can also pay through SBI Online portal. The annual fee is 500 rupees on this card. I am happy with the credit limit. My SBI credit card is actually on time, so till date I have not faced any problem with them.

I am using SBI master card last 4 years.in my experince its very good interms of security and speed.i am using my master card more over money.its easy to handle.the customer service also good.i feel they are very responsible.the rate and charges are they taken is very bad.why because some time sbi take a lot of money in the term of chargers.i lost huge money for that. I have a request to sbi to reduce the charges.aprt from it I am very much satisfied with this card.its very userfriendly card.my rating is 3.4/5

Credit card of SBI is really helpful, I am using this card for 6 months and still using it as it help me to not to cary risk of cash.

Whenever I feel need of the money I try to pay with the help of this card.

The charges of this bank is not very high it is moderate.

There customers services are also good which help the customers to ask for any or to solve there any problem.

In conclusion this credit card is very satisfactory for me.

Hello Friends today I wana share with you my personal experiance about SBI Credit Card. My elder bro's SBI Credit Card I used from last 18mnths, In this time period I noticed that its service is Really Very Very Bad about which we never be hope that with Biggest Bank's Credit Card these type of problem can be happen.

But these type of problem are really happen not only with me but with all SBI Credit Card Holder Customers which are sharing with you :

¶ You cant done payment of your Credit Cards Bill Online.

¶ We already deposit our payment but after that in our statement, payment is still due

¶ Our payment is not up to date upto 20-30 days i.e. they always 20-30 days in back

¶ There is no satisfication from Customer Care , they says we update we update but do nothing, i.e. Customer Service is Really Very Bad

¶ Really there software is very very Bad due to which these type of problems happen with Credit Card Holders

¶ Many times Payment is not done at sites but from card payment is done and these type of Refunds take 20-30days

¶ Some time it takes many charges without any reason and for there refunds go bank many times which is really too Boring

¶ SBI have Credit Cell which says Customer about its benifits like you can do shopping free for 50 days, also you get points for each n every shopping n many more in such a manner they gives Credit card without any requirmwnt.

Really Really Guys I'm telling you my personal experiance that with SBI Credit Card Holders these type of Problems happen, So if you thinking to buy Credit Card then Plzzz Avoid SBI Credit Card, thank you dude.

State bank of india MasterCard credit card is really not good because this is not good policy this is too late procces. State bank all feature I mean all policy is very good but only one problem is this is Do any work too late. this is not good. when you make your account on SBI they work very slow and give the debit card one month later. and other feature is too god but something Something not good. this is only one bank who is very special. state bank of india is not a good bank. not good service. this bank customer service is also not good. they don't give value any person compare other banks.

I am the customer of State Bank of India from last 5 years but I still facing problema.

The charges on Master card is high and the limit of transaction is fixed, if limit of transaction is crossed then this will charge huge amount.

The services of customer care is also bad, they do not support you and you do not get any answer relating to your quiery.

The charges other than master card is also high as compared to other banks.

After using the master card of State bank of India, I totallt dissatusfied.
