Beware of Sri Bhagwan developer

I had visited a project called Sri Bhagwan Elite and liked the property. I went to his office for further decisions and after seeing office and his documents I got skeptical.

I visited his completed project. Talked with the people staying there, they told that Builder does not have any register office in jayanagar 8th block and do not take flat from this stupid builder. Why? Because before taking the money they will listen to everything you say, once you make the payment, they won't answer your call.

After listing, I tried to get information online. I got four different mobile number for same project.  When I called on that number I got four different rates and four different information. That time I was totally confused and I changed my decisions.

They are third class builders with third class strategy. Stay away from them.
