Back in 2006 I had to pay Sprint a 300 deposit for two lines, because I did not have any credit. Well last week I got an email stating that they were giving me back my deposit, but when I read further down the email it was a deposit for 50.00;
I was so upset and so I called them and explained to them that we never received our 300 deposit, that they made a mistake....the customer service rep said to me that they do not have record of my deposit, not only that they put me on hold for an hour and a half. I could not believe that after so many years and making our payments on time, that they would do that. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me another different story. He said they cannot look back into 2006 because it is too far back. After explaining to him everything that he asked me all over again,
I was really tired of the running around and I told him I was going to contact the store where I put my deposit at....the guy hung up on me because I asked him when does my contract expire I want everyone to know if you go with Sprint keep all receipts, because you never know when you are going to need it and make sure you right down who you spoke to in Customer Service, because they will try and treat you like garbage. I am changing my cell phone company next month, beyond disappointed.
