I would like to share my ordeal while using Kurl – on mattress which I purchased 9 months back from a renowned outlet. We made this choice thinking about the brand name and superior quality products it has to offer however to our bad luck the mattress that we bought sagged within 8 months of use wherein the warranty given was 1 year. Despite our regular follow-up to get the mattress fixed our efforts are in vain. Also, we haven’t got any proper revert after the complaint launched and forced to use the sagged mattress which is uncomfortable to use. Disappointed using a mattress from Kurl – on.
