I have been using spectranet broadband for home for the last 3 years. My can is 0008-0999-BLRC -005754. I was happy customer so paid annual fee. This was big mistake. On 8 march my connection stopped working. I have been chasing them since.Raised sr1603104030.


After 6 days, with escalation to the highest level has not helped much.
