I must try another isp because of their speed and their service. Spectranet, earlier known as a very famous thief in internet loot. It is one of the worst broadband providers in the country. Unfortunately I have this connection in my kolkata house .
The spectranet connection is simply awful. Weeks together the speeds on broadband are so slow and the company refuses to acknowledge it.i really disappoint with their irresponsibility according to me. They just need some amount to pay in advance other they will stop your internet. It is not only with me but with all customers in my building in my society. They just feeling cheated and looted by this company I dont want this anymore. I just feel irritate.their customer service call center works only from 10am to 6pm. But they all dony know how to solve any simple problem .
Their technicians are most ill trained and do not look in your any problem . Because they dont know anything seriously. I just throw this company to the roadside.
