Not reliable network. Review on Spectra

Hello everyone today I am saying about spectranet I use it two months ago to take this internet service I called on customer care to ask about their price and all they say so much good things about their internet I am ready to buy it. they said that they will come in 2 days but they took 5 days .

they come and installed everything and but then they ask for 2500 but it is 2000 so I am dissatisfied but I dont say anything to them then I use internet and speed is good only for first month and in second month sometimes speed is not coming or server is down when u ask on customer care they say it will allright in one day but the condition is still same at third day, I got frustrated by this and changed my network .

my one more friend is using this network he also have the same problem he also changed the internet network by this I come to know that their service is bad .
