I have worked with Sopra India for 1 year in Noida Locarion. Work environment is pretty good as compared to other IT companies. Very less politics here in this company.
The most attractive and best thing about Sopra India is its COO Mr. Sunil Goyal of Sopra India. He is very down to earth person. His behaviour towards his employeea are comendable. He does not show anyone that he is the boss and you have to work like a slave and due to his kind behaviour the work environment is very cool.
Onsite is very less. If you get the opportunity to go abroad then it will be for very short period.
Yes Salary increment is also an attractive area. You will get good appraisal.
