This is my one of the bad experience of my life. sone tv should be penalized by TVS and Scooter India Pvt. for providing substandard servicing to their customers.
I have purchased a tv from them a couple of years ago. . I have observed that they cheat the customers by not providing the quality servicing that has been prescribed in the manual, over charging by undertaking dubious fixes, lying to customers that problems have been fixed when it is clearly not etc.
I have now started getting my serviced from an independent service centre and have seen the quality of servicing undertaken for the same price. It is shocking to realize to what extent Sone tv has been taking its customer for a seeing.
Please stay away from this bad dealing
