I had used this website for buying a earphones. First thing the website takes too much time to load. Also I had placed an order but it was delivered after two weeks. Their services is very slow and worst. Also when I received it I checked it. It was working properly. The product has 1 year warranty and after using it for seven months the earphones is not working at all. I had raised a complaint in snapdeal.
They had just given me a service Centre address. And I had gone there, they just refrain to repair it. Also snapdeal don't update their data. Then again I had raised a complain and called almost 20 times they just say that the problem will be solved soon. But after two weeks it haven't been solve. I had just wasted my money in it. Also the snapdeal are real robbers they just give defective items and then ignore customers. I suggest not to buy any product from snapdeal as they just cheat their customers.
