Snapdeal is the one of my favourite e-commerce site which I usually use to order things for my daily need. Snapdeal became a trusted brand for me due to this incident.
I ordered sparx shoes from Snapdeal and the delivery date was on the day on which I was going out of the town. Due to some reasons the order was stucked in between and I got a message that it will take time to deliver me the product. I called the snapdeal consumer care no and talked to the customer care executive and I spoke to him all the problem and he assured me that they'll try their level best to deliver the product to me on that day.
I was all set to leave to the railway station as I didn't want to miss my train. Suddenly I got a call from the courier person saying that he had my package with him. I was very happy at that time. I got the delivery on time. The product was alright. Everything went very good.
