1 day ago I buyed one t shirt from Snapdeal and the quality of T-shirt is very worst, it is made up of very cheap quality.
About customer support Service , I think it's good but I ever tried their services.
The worst part of the Snapdeal is cheap quality of product at high price , I got the worst quality product from Snapdeal.
Delivery timeliness of Snapdeal is very slow they said they deliver within 2 days but they take around 4 days , but the behaviour of delivery boy was good.
About the website and app, I never used Snapdeal website but I use their app and the app was pretty good , you can see their lots of product according to your needs and there is a large variety of category for men , women and child.
About the realibility on Snapdeal, from my opinion you can't reliable on Snapdeal because I am the also victim of their worst quality of product , you can't easily trust on them because they provide worst quality product at high price.
