I ordered 3 number of office chairs. The Installation and Warranty were available with product.
The product was so bad and weak, all the three chairs broke down when someone was sitting on it. The bottom structure made of plastic with wheels is weak.
Packing was poor, the loose parts slipped out of holes formed on the box.
This all is actually bad part on the supplier.
BUT. the snapdeal did not offer any support. They did not even replied the mails, neither called me up and did nothing. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL.
