I had ordered a vaccum cleaner worth rs 7000 from snapdeal about 15days ago. After about 10days there was some defect in the machine, I complained to snapdeal, they told since their 7days return window has closed they can't do anything about it. Just 7days return period for such a costly machine. Its really disappointing. I will never refer this to anyone
