We have checked our records and none of our agent has spoken to any person named 'Beena Shri'. For your information, we maintain complete logs with recordings of all calls to the company and there has been not even a single call where our agent has spoken to you or has been rude to any one.
And Moreover no company would be rude to its prospective clients.
This review again is definitely another attempt malign our reputation on behalf of a business competitior.
If you are genuine, please provide us the following details to prove your claim:
1) From which Number did you call us?
2) Under what name did you call us?
3) To which Number did you call us?
4) Name of the Agent you spoke with
5) What was your query that was not addressed to properly?
6) How can you prove that reviews are ratings are fake, while they have been verified by the portal itself?
7) How can you claim that we are fake when you have not even visited our office and checked our credentials?
Once you have answers to the questions put above (which we know, like always, you wouldn't have), then please approach us and we assure that we will conduct your case investigations for free.
And remember, that you shall never be able to malign our reputation by such acts.
