I had enquired about an program and was very clear that it has to be a beginner level and nothing too technical. The consultant lied saying it’s for beginners and nothing technical will be covered. Followed up continuously till I did not sign up. Post that during the classes figured that it was nothing for beginners and it was advanced level course which clearly was not meant for me. Then later during interaction with others in the group got to know that each of us were charged a different rate. That too it was drastically different.
Now they are calling again to pitch for another program and when I complained to the representative and they just disconnected the call and this happened twice now. Why on earth are these guys calling if they don’t want to go through with it????
