I have enrolled at Simplilearn before 6 months. Throughout I am experiencing a highly unprofessional attitude, a poor support system and "Simply Don't Care" approach. There is no way one can reach out to these guys to follow up on our concerns. The most disappointing thing I am facing is that they closed all my raised tickets without addressing or solving them. They are not conducting live classes since January 2023 and soon my course will expire. Their auto bot is simply hopeless. For the last 3 months, I am waiting to have live classes at least for 1 module out of the remaining 5 modules under my course, and to my bad, there are no classes planned on their portal. This is not the story of me alone, but all my batchmates are sailing in the same boat, facing similar concerns about not having live classes.
At times they scheduled the class and after we logged in they announced it was canceled and kept it on hold without any future commitment. All the batchmates raged but the LSM was least bothered. He was answering like a recording machine. No wonder although he promised each one of us to respond to our concerns, but he simply doesn't.
Their self-learning modules are highly monotonous making it difficult to listen continuously.
There is no customer care support. The consultant who helped me join is now not responding to messages/calls/emails. That much unprofessional they are.
Despite not conducting classes the fees are getting deducted without fail every month and no services have been provided. I am just not wasting my money but also my most valuable time.
I wish they should refund me back my money somehow.
I felt like I am trapped.
I did the blunder but I just don't want others to repeat the same. If you are thinking to enroll with them, PLEASE DON'T.
