Hi, I have enrolled in one program also paid the fees, but in between the course due to some personal reason I was not complete the course, when I ask to assign new batch or change the course they ask me to paid again for same course fees. And when I refused to paid they close my account without giving any valid reason.
They also disabled help option from my simple learn portal, I am now not even raised the ticket or communicated with team.
They have only concerned with fees/payment not even bothering to give proper guidance/assistance or help.
Here I request all of you that please find other learning option, but simplilearn.
