I recently joined Simplilearn's Digital Marketing Course in September 2021, and I am utterly disappointed with the experience thus far. Despite the course being advertised as a five-month program, it has failed to deliver on its promises, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.


One of the major issues I have encountered is the lack of regular classes. Simplilearn has consistently failed to conduct classes as per the schedule outlined in the brochure provided prior to joining the course. This inconsistency in scheduling has severely disrupted my learning process and made it difficult to maintain motivation and progress.


Furthermore, the course content has been severely lacking. Many of the topics that were promised to be covered have either been skimmed over briefly or not covered at all. This has left significant gaps in my understanding of digital marketing concepts and has hindered my ability to apply the knowledge effectively.


Despite reaching out to Simplilearn to express my concerns about the irregular classes and incomplete content, their response has been unsatisfactory. They have shown little interest in addressing my concerns and have not taken responsibility for the shortcomings of their course. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has only added to my frustration and disappointment.


It is disheartening to invest time and money into a course that fails to deliver on its promises. As a result, I strongly advise against enrolling in Simplilearn's Digital Marketing Course. The lack of regular classes, incomplete content coverage, and inadequate customer support have made this learning experience highly unsatisfactory.
