Simplilearn is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Simplilearn is committing through its sales team that this Course is been conducted with Collaboration with Caltech(California Institute of Technology, US). This course is sheer wastage of Time and Money. I was enrolled into this course by 2 people from Simplilearn with false Commitments. They didn't even told me that This course is not for me as I alreday have 26 Years of Experience. The modus operandi of these Sales people was very tricky. Whenever, I use to question about the contents, the other person will come into picture and the one explaining it will disappear. They deliberately avoided my Phone calls and emails after enrolling me so that 1 week elapse and as per their Company's policy, they won't be liable to process the refund. Its a pathetic response from their Support Team(named Customer Delight), asking me to provide proofs of me been misled by their Sales team comprising of one Mr. Abhijeet and his Manager, Mr, Arnab. They were all giving false commitments that course would be conducted by Caltech Faculty. Then after few days, they said that only Masterclass would be done by Caltech Faculty and this will happen every month. But I am into the fourth Month of the Course and None of the masterclass has happenned. Pls don't go for any course from Simplilearn, especially where they say that they have colaboration with a Foreign University.
I have lreday wasted my Money, energy and time but will request all to avoid such courses from Simplilearn.
