Dear fellow consumers,
I am writing this review to share my experience with Simplilearn, an online education platform. I had enrolled in their MS(AI) course and made two payments amounting to a total of 48, 000 INR. Unfortunately, the course did not meet my expectations, and I requested a refund on March 5th, 2023. Despite receiving an email on 30th March 2023 stating that my refund has been processed partially, I am yet to receive the total amount that I am entitled to.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of accountability on their part. When I contacted their customer service, they were clueless and unhelpful. Initially, I was promised that the course would start in January 2023, and payment was taken from me in December 2022, and I sent my certificates. However, I was later added to an EMI payment plan without any initiation into the course until March, and there has been a significant delay and a lack of communication on their part.
I have even filed a consumer complaint with Gov.in(Grievance #4438531). It is unacceptable that a platform that claims to provide quality education can behave so unprofessionally and mistreat their customers.
Therefore, I urge you to think twice before enrolling in any courses with Simplilearn. Their false promises and lack of transparency have caused me undue stress and disappointment. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can save others from falling victim to their unscrupulous practices.
