I thik this airline is being run by a bunch of uncaring, unproffessional guys. Their flight are delayed by more than 4 hours (!!) and they know it 12 hours before the flight is to depart (!!!), meaning they are running this airline with a handful of planes. In my case my parents were to come to chennai and I fell into their low cost trap.
Not only the flight was late by more than 4 hours, the information displayed at the destination airport was never updated (not even half an hour after the flight landed). When I contacted thier local office at the airport the answer was, "It is not our department". WOW!! I sympathise with all those who have invested money in this pathetic airline. I tried another low cost airline on their way back. Not only it was on time, their people were polite and gave the right info when asked.
