I have booked a flat with this builder in 2010 when my son was in 10th standard and they said that will deliver the flat in 2014 fully furnished and they claimed that they will not do any delay in the construction of the flats or the apartments. now my son is in the b.tech 2nd year and I have still not having my flat keys in my hand. I am waiting since last 5 years and have not seen the amount progress they need to do in order to complete the construction as soon as possible. I keep a strict vigil on the rate of construction of their towers and have found that they are even now moving very slowly and with this speed of construction they will take another 5 years to complete the towers. I would like to recommend this all those who have enough money to invest without thinking of the daily needs.
