Till 12th you dream of some prestigious college like NIT, BITS, IISc and IIT. And at last you feel a bit dejected landing into a state college. Surprisingly this college was good to give me a way to a better future. The faculties are way too good( senior faculty specially) . The civil department have a strength of more than 10 phd faculties! mesmerized! This numbers you may not even get in some NITs. CS dept is good. You will have to compromise with the infrastructure bcoz its on contruction. You hace innovation centre. And labs are going good.Some positives.1) Its nearly a 36 acres campus in the heart of the city indore. You can go to some hotspots easily.2) then you have several clubs interacting with you.( FRIENDS IIT GIVES OPPORTUNITY.IN SGSITS YOU HAVE TO GRAB THEM) the opportunities are same, just learn to grab them.I am currently pursuing btech from here and in indore I share a good amount of respect when it comes to college but when you go outside the radius of 200km from indore.no one knows your 66 years old college. The harsh truth!
