Worst Builder - Shakti Builders

Review On Shakti Builders, Bangalore

Shakti Builder is the WORST I have seen. Worst to the core.

Mr. Mukesh promises the sky when he gets money but never does anything. Very poor quality materials and contractors are used.

Especially the walls and floor of the flat are very uneven it looks very ugly after finishing. Maintenance is another huge head ache.

They get lakhs of maintenance amount but WILL NEVER DO. Shakti Builders install all old items(motor, electricity equipment) in new flat so the problems start in very few months.

Shakti builders DO NOT do rain water harvesting. They lie to BBMP and get approval.

Once the builder Sharad or Mukesh get all the money they will never pick our calls.

I am frustrated, irritated, tired and gave up running behind them.

Mukesh never treats his customers properly and Sharad has no idea who his customers are.

WILL NEVER recommend Shakti Builders, Jayanagar.
