Its a BIG FRAUD that happened with Servify. I have sent my mobile to the service center for a ghost touch problem on my screen. They gave me the estimate of almost 60% of the total cost of the mobile for a small repair. I have asked to replace only the digitizer but they convinced me for the entire replacement of the display and so it is costing high. I thought the service would be great from Servify and so I have paid the amount. Till then the support and follow up is excellent. Next came the real picture. They kept the mobile with them for a long time approximately more than two weeks and the updates are given only when I send an email. They didn't keep up the promise of replacing the display with new ones but replaced only the digitizer(which costs not even the 10% of the charged amount) and that too with an improper fittings, due to which I clearly understood the fraud that happened and the same is asked post returning. The faulty screen became ugly with the improper fittings. And now, the support team is bluffing me that they have replaced the entire display section with the new one which they actually didn't. Also, they are asking me to send the mobile for a second repair and now I completely lost the trust. Took a huge amount and didn't serve for the customer satisfaction and bluffing me instead. Not at all a fair thing and never I recommend it to others
