Being new to the world of options trading, I lost a lot of money in the beginning on both Call & Put Options. The layout was confusing and I had issues understanding the usable and unusable funds. When I raised this issue on the web platform, I got a call from the representative within 5 minutes. He explained me all the terms and conditions in less than fifteen minutes and I was good to go.
I have never had issues with the platform. It doesn’t crash or lag while trading. Initially, the app logged out and asked me to log in every time through the broker’s app. However, that glitch has been fixed. The security is amazing and I can trade with high leverage without worrying about anything. 10/10 platform, 10/10 services.
