By looking at their attractive online Advt, bought a Laptop Table(Invoice attached in picture). It is fairly a simple installation procedure and after fitting, I found it to be a FAULTY one. I called the Customer Care and asked for a replacement and they ridiculously replied stating that I didn't do the fitting properly and asked me to engage a Carpenter. It is a Metal product and Carpenter has nothing to with it. The act of putting the blame back to the Customer is just horrible and they have no intention to help. This is THE most terrible experience I ever had with an online shopping company. They are just Cheating and taking Customers for ride.
