The work manager of this service center Mr. Yogesh Patil himself is fraudulent, then imagine about other staff.
I reached them because my Ciaz had a problem of oil getting mixed in Coolant. The problem was with Oil cooler. This guy charged me for Engine tappet settings, fuel injector settings & checking ECU parameters. These are all labor charges, which straight away goes to Sehgal Auto. There was no need of reaching to engine as the problem was with cooling system. I have raised complaint to Maruti Suzuki about it. But I don't think I will get back my money.
Worst experience. NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM.
