Directed by Advait Chandan and starring Aamir Khan, Zaira Wasim ; Secret Superstar tells us the tale of a young girl who is good at singing and wants to become a big singer.
Insiya ( Zaira Wasim) is close to her mother who is a homemaker and understands her daughter's aspirations whereas her Patriarchal father is against her wishes. Aamir plays a music director who also happens to be her mentor.
Performances by Zaira and Aamir are top notch with Aamir Khan's character leaving us in spits. Some good comedy, emotions and nicely etched script makes it a must watch.
