I applied for home loan from SBI. When I submitted my documents they said yea yea everything is fine and said in 8 days it will be processed.
At the 10th day I am getting a call that one of the document is not proper which I have submitted and that we need to do procedure again and that you need to pay certain amount again.
Basically the SBI staff did not check the papers properly and instead blaming the customer for not submitting the document properly. SBI staff never informed of the proper format of the document and now charging double fees and took double time to process the loan.
Thier staff do not pick up the call and after calling for 10-15 times they say your application is under process.
Be careful while applying.
