Me and my friend booked a cab on 10 feb on savaari.com from mumbai to theatre.
I paid all the amount and the cab along with the driver was supposed to come next day at 11 a.m .
Nex day, me and my friend have been waiting till 11.30 a.m but the driver did not came. I contacted the savaari customer care regarding the matter and they said that the driver is on its way and will reach there within 10 minutes. I was ok till now and decided to wait for some more minutes untill he will come.
Finally after waiting a long time, the driver along with the cab reached at 12 p.m , 1 hour late than the promised time. We have to watch movie but because of savaari cabs , the movie was already started and we couldn't watch that. They were late by an hour and I complained about this on savaari.com but didn't got any response from them.
The driver was behaving so rudely like to was a drunkard, sorry to use this word but their service ruined our experience. They're cheaters and fraudlents .
