We went to the Sangeeta™ in Forum Value Mall and it was THE WORST mobile buying experience! When we went to buy the Micromax video 1®, the cashier was asking way too many questions not even closely related to buying the phone, like how far my school is from my house and how much fee they charge and so on and so forth, not giving much information about the phone itself. The phone stopped working in less than two days and since the cashier promised that he would take the phone back in case of any faults in the phone, we drove all the way to Sangeetha™ again, even though it is quite far from our house and we had no other purpose to visit Forum Value Mall®.
I have never felt so insulted in my life. The cashier saw the phone and immediately said that he will not take the phone back because there was no problem in the phone, even though there clearly was. The phone switched off randomly every 10-15 minutes. He said that if such a problem exists, it would be dealt with in the service center even though he promised he would. He then proceeded to say that he had asked us not to buy the phone. He was very rude and ill-mannered. I would never recommend anyone to ever go to Sangeetha™ ever again. My dog sells better mobiles than Sanggetha™.
