Worst ever ! I am not rating for this app I am rating this for Sangeetha copany , they are fraud, I've place order on 24 April order I'd SAN1373626875016 redmi note 9 pro for 2 hour delivery, the didn't deliver and when I request for cancellations they are not giving any response, not reverting any mail, and not even refunding my amount, be alert for online buying from this company..

I have ordered mobile today and not received within two hours or later and no one answering call or online chat and they lie telling order is in showroom they will contact, but when we contact showroom, showroom is mentioning they have not received any online orders
No value for customer money or pathetic customer service
They are totally frawd people who steal people's money. All low quality products they sell and charges very high rate. So I request to all please don't purchase any mobile from their. They make a frawd also with me.

Sangeetha mobiles Insurance is not good.
I Ordered viva phone cost 8000 one week back and after payment these fraud people wont respond.after continuous chasing mail one lady named Namratha replied some other courier tracking id from Hyderabad.till now I didn't received my mobile and in this tough situation cash also gone.friends very careful.dont know what to do.really unfair and painful .
I ordered new phone 10 days back and I didn't received it in 7 days as they claimed....daily I used to call on customer care but they didn't gave me any response after 10 days they tell me that phone which I ordered was out of stock and I have to go out to buy phone from store in city which I can't due to lockdown and covid-19 pandemic crisis that's why we ordered it online....now when they will refund my money I have no idea....never buy from this online store.
The product that we ordered online was a mobile phone for which we already paid! They gave all false promises that they could, we trusted them every time we ourselves called them for updates(waited for so long). They then say there is no stock! If you try getting it refunded, then they will cut service charge, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WHAT WE ASKED FOR, IT IS YOUR ISSUE, WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU THE SERVICE CHARGE WHEN THERE IS ZERO SERVICE PROVIDED!? They again came up with a new false promise saying so and so color of the product is available, we again trusted for one last time. They said it will get delivered by so and so day, We waited till that day! And we tried calling them, they never respond to your calls! And what we finally heard from them was, "WE DO NOT HAVE THE STOCK FOR THE PRODUCT THAT YOU REQUESTED"! Is this what a customer service is? I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SANGEETHA STORE ANYONE!
I bought phones 2 samsung company s duos 2 in sangeetha and after 2 years I purchased samsung j2 2016 from one of the mobile seller shops.Know after 6 months j2 was hanging 'displaybrokenin just a drop and after combo replacement still not working properly and still duos 2 phones still using and screen not broken by many drops from my hand and no hangs
Really I prefer sangeetha mobiles store if it costs little more but no compromise in brand quality-originality

False promise they have looted people money like anything by saying 3000 cashback in anniversary offer. Did anyone get 3000 cash back? Till now. No never to get that 3000 cash back u hv to spend 60 to 70000 rs because after buying phone they say cash back is in your wallet you can use ititwith in?mar 31 2020 but condition is you get only 5% cashback for purchase of next smart phone or tv
Hahhaha what an idea sir ji. This happend with me they cheated me and made me to buy 2 phones saying I get 6000 cash back and can buy any accessories in any sangeetha. Finally I did not get anything. I paid extra 500 on each phone I purchased bcos the say openly we charge 500 extra when compared to other stores.
This is a store in bangalore and it has many branches in all over karnataka. And there are many mobiles brand and that is the well selling mobile phone from compared to other people's are like to visit sangeetha mobile store. It is good store in the karnataka however it have many companys mobile phones .
We went to the Sangeeta™ in Forum Value Mall and it was THE WORST mobile buying experience! When we went to buy the Micromax video 1®, the cashier was asking way too many questions not even closely related to buying the phone, like how far my school is from my house and how much fee they charge and so on and so forth, not giving much information about the phone itself. The phone stopped working in less than two days and since the cashier promised that he would take the phone back in case of any faults in the phone, we drove all the way to Sangeetha™ again, even though it is quite far from our house and we had no other purpose to visit Forum Value Mall®.
I have never felt so insulted in my life. The cashier saw the phone and immediately said that he will not take the phone back because there was no problem in the phone, even though there clearly was. The phone switched off randomly every 10-15 minutes. He said that if such a problem exists, it would be dealt with in the service center even though he promised he would. He then proceeded to say that he had asked us not to buy the phone. He was very rude and ill-mannered. I would never recommend anyone to ever go to Sangeetha™ ever again. My dog sells better mobiles than Sanggetha™.
I visited Koramangala Sangeetha stores and bought HCL Tablet for 14k. It stopped working after year. I approached the Sangeetha stores they said I need to visit HCL service station as they cannot do anything. This happened in 2014 I had worst experience using that tablet it never got repaired. In 2017 after 3 years I visited Mantri Mall, Sangeetha Stores and bought I phone. I phone is such a reputed company but again in 3 days I had some problem with the speaker the person at the other end could never hear the voice. I went to Sangeetha stores then they again told the same visit apple service center. I dont know why the hell they are operating as third party agents of the mobile company's and selling their products while they can neither provide any service to the customers.
The other bad thing about Sangeetha stores is that they publish some exciting mouth watering deals to pull the customers in and once you go and talk to them about the deal, they will start quoting the conditions to claim the deal, which is not practically possible for 95% of the customers.
I dont find any value in these stores.
ATTIBELE Sangeetha showroom I got very good service from employees special Samsung promoter. Already I have purchased 6 mobiles in same store, I never got this type service in any showroom. Absolutely very good service& after sales also behaving with customer excellent. Every employees allow the customer with greeting n respect already I influence my friends n relations to go only Sangeetha Attibele because of service
Myself and my brother visited a Sangeetha showroom in Mathikere when we asked for the price of Galaxy J7 Max they said me 16900 rs if you Pay through paytm the price will be 14198 rs when I agreed to purchase the mobile he is showing me different prices which was 15000 change and trying to manipulate price and said me to pay 15000 chAnge at the time of processing the payment and they started saying different reasons which was not acceptable kindly check and buy the phone from the store
Sangeetha mobile store in bangalore is a very good shop. I brought a new samsang galaxy ace phone, they gave a discount on original price. They also prvode a two year waranty on this phone. Sangeetha mobile store is a very good service centre and also tje sellers in the shop are good comunicate with the customer. For me they gave a gift vocher for purchasing the samsung ace mobile. Freely they gave a headset for this mobile. The price is very less compare to other mobile centre or shopes or may campre to online also. If the mobile is not in good condion means they will replce the mobile and they will give new mobile. And my advice to the customer is go and purchase your mobile in sangeetha mobile store
Nice mobile store and staff behwving is nice snd lot of mobiles are available.i saw the all kind of mobiles and they behaving to customers is very nice and each product they will explian very well . maintenance also is very good.cost of mobiles also afforadlble.nuce products and good quality.nice mobile shop.
