The product that we ordered online was a mobile phone for which we already paid! They gave all false promises that they could, we trusted them every time we ourselves called them for updates(waited for so long). They then say there is no stock! If you try getting it refunded, then they will cut service charge, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WHAT WE ASKED FOR, IT IS YOUR ISSUE, WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU THE SERVICE CHARGE WHEN THERE IS ZERO SERVICE PROVIDED!? They again came up with a new false promise saying so and so color of the product is available, we again trusted for one last time. They said it will get delivered by so and so day, We waited till that day! And we tried calling them, they never respond to your calls! And what we finally heard from them was, "WE DO NOT HAVE THE STOCK FOR THE PRODUCT THAT YOU REQUESTED"! Is this what a customer service is? I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SANGEETHA STORE ANYONE!
