I had never thought that I would be cheated from such a famous and huge brand name as Samsung.
For the first year it worked normally but not quite satisfactory as expected. The sound perception is below average since the beginning. For listening to even medium pitched voice I have to increase the volume to its fullest capacity. The sound receiver sounds like screeching and metallic tone. The speaker destroyed after only one year and a few months and had to spend a lot of money on repairing it. It hangs a lot and I have to switch it off everytime to watch it. The internal storage is also less as listed on the manual or on the phone case.
The screen is not at all resistant, even a slightest blow could mark too many scratches. The battery drains out so quickly but charges that slow that it shows "the device is charging slowly".The phone hangs when calls arrive. The features are also not that good. The torch is not bright, no facility like screen recorder and all. The cameras are disappointing too. Selfie camera captures blur and dark photos even in bright lights and rear camera is also average and pictures are often a little blur and black and doesn't click good photos in dim light, forget about darkness. And the conditions explained above started to happen within a year only. Now its almost in a condition to throw, now its only been a year and a half.l never expected such a Treachery from a company like Samsung. All in all the smartphone is not at all worth the money, non-trustable. Totally a disappointment.I had to purchase a new mobile. It was even expensive when I bought it because now the coolest and phones with too many features from a trusted company are available in the market less than its price. I suggest to check the phoone appropietly before buying, especially, Samsung Galaxy J4 Plusand its other ranges, as nothing could be trusted so easily not even biggest brands.
