I made the mistake of buying a local brand water heater Swarna from them. It started leaking in two months! Even though it has 10 years warranty!
After numerous calls the service center people keep promising they will come but dont turn up. They just keep making excuses for not coming. In addition they are rude and insulting - I was really taken aback! When I asked for the managers number they refused to give . Extremely arrogant attitude!
Please stay away its better to buy a national brand and get servicing from a reputed service center
