Its over 10 days, payment received by them and to get the order number everyday u needs to spend few hours
Still the order shows as pending
No customer care numbers
The chat agents are all uneducated with no sense at all
God alone should save my money stuck with them for 9990
Looking at all reviews below looks like they will never like to improve and its our fault only
Earlier I had one good recliner from Royal oak through flipkart which is why I ordered it now, but the quality now seems to being very low too- they are not bothered on customers at all- hope they resolve my issues otherwise I will make sure they pay the price for it
