Nice location of Richa ParkMist:
Recently took site visit of Richa Parkmist
The Shivaji park location in Dadar is very convenient one for mumbaikars, would make it very easy for me to travel when I am in the city.
They are expected to offer 2.5 and 3 BHK houses that are air conditioned. With seaviews, though I do not know how much or if uninterrupted, maybe from higher floors.
They have a offer currently, pay 20% for immediate rent till possession.
Personally location is the biggest plus point for me, then the luxury aspects of the project and next the offer.
