The reliance telecom is terrible in service. The service which include both mobile signal and customer care department. First of all some of the customer service is paid and other is staff. The customer care agents are not trained and sometime it feels they just local thugs and dont listen. Finally they reply I cant do anything. I do not recommend reliance connection to anyone. Its simple cheap and terrible.
