Hi friends, I have used Reliance jio only for 3 month. initially I was impressed from company's offer and promises. company gave alluring offer at beginning. according to company sim was free of cost but when I went to Jio store and asked for sim, representative gave me sim and demanded 100 Rs as a registration fee. before me 5 customers already bought sim of price 100 rs. so I had to pay 100 rs. when I used it first time I was shocked to see its service. in my area there was not a signal of jio. so I unable to talk . net speed of jio is too worst. while it is 4G. I called to customer care and told about my problem. he was very rude and did not answered properly . at last I cut the phone. next day I ruined jio sim and bought Bsnl sim.
