First of all Jio is the revolutionary step from the reliance company as it shattered the prices of remaining network providers and they to come down a step as it is difficult to tackle customers with high prices.
But the real thing happens now as it is free for some months why I am not mentioning the specific number is because they extending the welcome offer every now and then, people buy it like a festival and they too wait lines for hours together to get their share of jio network.
Many people got their free internet and free voice calls and messages.The network coverage seems good but the call never connects.
And some people have the activation issues which are not solved for months.Among them I am also there.I mailed the issue and they told to visit nearest reliance digital.
After going there it is crowder than fish market.
Customer service and voice calls experience should be improved otherwise it is of no use only for the data.
