The Network coverage of Jio is pathetic.In side my home it is excellent but my home is in central delhi so it is to be expected but my college is in UP, I do not get a single bar inside my college.Absolutely no signal inside my college.On top of that they have blacklisted certain areas where the internet speed is below 1mbps. Initially they gave me 80mbps but now I hardly get 1mbps in the exact same location I got 80mbps, that is my house.
The Customer Service is non existent I can rarely to talkt to a customer service executive.They on top of that say that it is network problem but I have full coverage and used to get 80mbps, then what kind of network will give lower speed suddenly.It is not my device problem also as I have 5 Devices at home all with jio and none of them get speed faster than 1 mbps.
There are no charges and no bill currently and there is FUP of 4gb per day until january1 2017.After that the FUP will be changed to 1gb per day and the calls will remain free forever.
