I lost my sim card. For duplicate sim visited Jio store. In KYC
there is problem in my biometric's. So he processed paper process. For that I gave him the aadhar card and photo. But next day I visited the Jio office then they told me that we had not received any application till now. Then again visited Jio center and the person was on leave and told that will be processed tomorrow.
