Network Coverage is very bad. Only Cities are covered. Not properly covered in villages & Remote area. Many Calls drops while making calls. So use it but don't expect it work them moving moving or outside City.
Customer service is good. Very responsive customer care
No charges as long as free.
But feels other players are well placed now with both better coverage & Better Plans. So enjoy Free internet till March 17 & Voice calls till June 17
