I have been using Jio since months.It has very cost effective plans available.
It has a good network coverage throughout india, it even works in towns but the problem is faced by customers during time period of 6 pm to 12 pm .During this period of time the internet speed is throttled very much which leads to inconvenience among its users.The number of active users between these hours are very high and jio is unable to provide good internet connection during these hours.
Customer Service of Jio is also not good.When you call the customer care you have to first wait for minutes to get your call connected to the customer care executive & the executives also don't give satisfying answers.
At first when jio came into the telecom market it offered unlimited free data & voice calls.But as the days passed it came with a concept of FUP for data usage and unlimited voice calls remains free for Jio customers.Nowadays Jio is coming up with data plans which are getting costlier day by day.
so my opinion is don't buy jio connection if you are planning to use it for a long period of time because there is a strong possibility of it's prices increasing more than current prices.
