Worthless folks. Bought an AC with free installation from Gachibowli store. Three different amateur technicians could not install it. I had to get it installed from my own pocket from a third party installation service. They have not yet refunded the installation charges even after a month.
They display in their stores proudly RS 5000 gift card if installation not done next day. That is a cheater's bait. They have refused to honor that to me even though it took them 4 days just to deliver parts.
No response from their regional head customer service to resolve the issue. Despite being a heavy spender on technological items at their stores, expected much better response and customer service from them. Their customer service can't be relied upon. NO wonder there are so many negative reviews for their stores. Wish I would have seen them before making such a big purchase from them. Never walking in their stores again.
Is this the serviceless behemoth Ambanis wished to create?
